Những kiến trúc nổi tiếng nhất ở Ấn Độ(16)

* Ngôi nhà mắc nhất Thế Giới: 1 tỉ USD !

Chủ nhân: Nita Ambani & Mukesh Ambani, chủ nhân công ty dầu khí Reliance Industries, Mumbai, Ấn Độ và là người giàu thứ 5 hành tinh này (Theo Forbes, họ có $43 tỉ USD trong tháng 3 vừa qua). Người giàu thứ 4 hành tinh này là Lakshmi Mittal cũng là người Ấn Độ.

Đặc điểm ngôi nhà Antilla - Ambani residence : 22 tầng, cao 550 feet, bên trong (interior) rộng 400,000 square feet. Do thiết kế mỗi phòng bên trong đều có kích thước và trang trí riêng biệt (không có phòng nào giống phòng nào về vật liệu, kích thước, trang trí) nên chi phí ngôi nhà mắc hơn bất kỳ cao ốc hay khách sạn sang trọng nào khác có cùng kích thước tương tự. Bãi đậu xe (parking lots) 6 tầng. Lobby với 9 elevators, có storage rooms & lounges. Cầu thang với railings bằng bạc dẫn tới ballroom mà 80% trần nhà treo đèn chùm crystal chandeliers, showcase trưng bày các tác phẩm nghệ thuật quý giá, trên tường treo màn hình LCD và hệ thống âm thanh như một rạp hát. Hội trường (hall) có indoor/outdoor bar, green rooms, powder rooms và có "entourage room" cho security guards và phụ tá nghĩ ngơi. Phòng rượu(Wine room) thiết kế theo hình chiếc lá bạch quả / ginkgo leaves (nguyên gốc Ấn). Tầng cho việc bồi dưỡng sức khoẻ(health level) có hồ tắm (swimming pool), yoga studio với cây cảnh ngoài patio. 85% vật liệu & lao động dùng cho việc xây nhà này sẽ từ Ấn Độ. Một phòng "băng giá"(ice room) sẽ dùng để cho gia đình chủ nhân tránh cái nóng oi bức của Ấn Độ. 4 tầng khác dành cho gia đình chủ nhân đều được mở ra vườn cảnh đặc biệt (The plants act as an energy-saving device by absorbing sunlight, thus deflecting it from the living spaces and making it easier to keep the interior cool in summer and warm in winter)để gia đình chủ nhân hưởng thụ cảnh quan thiên nhiên nên có kết cấu đặc biệt hơn(the rebar-enforced beams form a "W" shape that supports the upper two-thirds of the building while creating an open-air atrium of gardens, flowers and lawns).
